The Artistry Associate apprenticeship program seeks to develop a family of professional artists focused on education, clients, and technique so that they present the right results for healthy hair growth and retention for all hair types and textures. Our associates have the opportunity to transform their certified skills and abilities into becoming an Avant-garde artist through advanced hands-on training, professional code of ethics, customer education, and educational marketing.

As a visionary, master stylist and business owner, I saw the need to establish an apprenticeship program to help cosmetologist learn a blend of technical skills and soft skills to prepare for their professional career. We have a “Now You Can” learning environment, through product knowledge, business mentoring, and hands on education.
