Renewable Water Resources (ReWa) has worked closely with Apprenticeship Carolina since 2018 to find and develop employees who have made contributions as industrial electricians, wastewater treatment operators and maintenance team members. ReWa’s partnership with Apprenticeship Carolina supports the utility’s initiatives to build in-house talent, reduce turnover, and improve retention and advancement opportunities across the company while addressing upcoming workforce needs.
