Carolina Cool began its apprenticeship program about 10 years ago with a pre-apprenticeship Ride & Decide program aimed at local high school students. In more recent years, we’ve developed a more in-depth pre-apprenticeship program that includes soft skills and OSHA training, in addition to the on-the-job training with a technician.
